Assessment scope

A connected view of the platform—not a generic checklist.

Findings are evaluated in the context of the workflows, risks, and outcomes that matter to your business.

Platform

Architecture and technical debt

Configuration, Flow, Apex, Lightning components, data model, limits, maintainability, and release practices.

Operations

Data, security, and integrations

Data quality, permissions, sharing, connected systems, failure handling, and operational ownership.

Roadmap

Automation and AI readiness

Where straightforward improvements, Flow, practical AI, or architectural changes can create measurable value.

How it works

Focused enough to finish. Broad enough to find the real issue.

Access and scope are agreed before work begins. The result is evidence, priorities, and a path forward—not an open-ended discovery exercise.

  1. Define scope and success

Confirm the business questions, stakeholders, systems, access, and assessment boundaries.

  2. Review the evidence

Inspect configuration, automation, code, data, integrations, permissions, and release history.

  3. Prioritize findings

Rank issues by business impact, technical risk, effort, and dependency.

  4. Present the roadmap

Review the executive summary, recommended sequence, quick wins, and implementation options.

QuickScan or Health Assessment?

One contained issue

Salesforce QuickScan

Use a QuickScan when one workflow, error, report, or integration needs senior diagnosis. Starts at $950.

Cross-system uncertainty

Health Assessment

Use the comprehensive assessment when problems span teams, processes, integrations, security, or architecture.

Known scope

Project engagement

When the outcome and constraints are already clear, SteadNorth can scope the implementation directly.

Common questions

Clear scope before access.

Will the assessment include implementation?

The assessment produces findings and a roadmap. Remediation can be scoped as a separate fixed engagement after priorities are agreed.

Can you review an existing consulting partner's work?

Yes. The review can be independent, collaborative, or performed under NDA as part of a partner delivery arrangement.

What access is required?

Access depends on scope. It may include a sandbox, metadata or source, integration documentation, release history, and focused stakeholder interviews. Production access is not assumed.
